One gallon makes about 16 cups or about 8 cups of freeze-dried eggnog powder
Directions:
- Add parchment paper to your trays
- Add eggnog to your trays. Do not overfill
- Place the dividers if using. We like the 4 portions setting to make 4 servings per tray
- Pre-freeze if possible
- Freeze dry (my cycle time was 27 hours)
- Store in jars for short-term use or in mylar bags for long-term storage
Rehydration:
Add 1 divider portion or about ½-¾ cup of freeze-dried eggnog powder to a glass with ¾ cup of cold water. Mix well. Stir a few times and allow time to rehydrate. Enjoy
