⅓ C Instant Pudding Mix (Vanilla, Cheesecake or White chocolate)

2 C Heavy WhippingCream

½ C Confectioners Sugar

1 C Freeze Dried Fruit Powder of Choice ( add more or less to taste)

This recipe will make enough frosting to frost 12 cupcakes*


  1. Add Whipping Cream, pudding mix, and sugar into a medium to large bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix in sifted fruit powder.
  3. Store Appropriately 
  4. Extra frosting makes tasty freeze dried frosting bites for treats
* Extra Large Tray = 15 Cups/Tray   Large Tray = 8 Cups/tray   Medium = 6 Cups/Tray   Small = 4 Cups/Tray Cycle times & rehydration for reference only. Your results may vary.
