Directions:
1. You could use flowers from the store or fresh-picked. Be sure to arrange them on the trays and get them into the freezer quickly before they wilt. Freeze for at least a few hours or overnight
2. Freeze dry (my cycle time was 18 hours)
3. Gently remove the flowers, they are very delicate. Display or store as you choose
Rehydration:
Not intended to rehydrate.
Notes:
We were able to display these in a vase for more than a year. You could package them in an airtight packaging for longer preservation.
When placing flowers on your trays, be mindful of their height. Ensure they don’t stick up too much to prevent them from touching the top of the rack when sliding the trays into the freeze dryer.
