Ramen Hamburger Vegetable Soup in a Jar

Ingredients

All Ingredients are from your Freeze Dried Pantry FD=Freeze Dried
1 brick of FD Ramen Noodles with Flavor Packet

¼ C FD Celery

¼ C FD Onions

½ C FD Hamburger

¼ C FD Mixed Vegetables

¼ C FD Yellow Squash

Onion powder (to taste)

Garlic Powder (to taste)

Salt and Pepper (to taste)

(spices can be added to the jar before sealing or to food after rehydrating)

A Freeze Dried Pantry Recipe

This Recipe will make 1 Quart jar and feed 2 people*

Directions:

  1. Place Ramen Noodles in the bottom of your 1 Quart Jar. (you will want to break these up some as you put them in)
  2. Layer your vegetables and meat into the jar. 
  3. Place the sealed Ramen Flavor Packet and an OA on top of the ingredients
  4. Vacuum seal the jar

Cycle Time:

All Ingredients already Freeze Dried

Rehydration:

  • Remove the OA
  • Open and add the Ramen seasoning packet. 
  • Add 2 C of boiling water, let sit for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally. 
  • Add spices to taste if they are not already in the jar. 
  • Enjoy!
