This recipe makes 1 medium tray*
Directions:
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add the broccoli and a little bit of broth (to keep from sticking) and cook for 4 minutes or until tender.
- Add the ginger and garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Remove everything from the pan and cover.
- Wipe the pan clean, turn the stove to high heat, and heat the pan.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper and then place in a single layer and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. (may need batches)
- Add the broccoli mixture back to the pan, and cook for 2 more minutes or until warmed.
- In a bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the oyster sauce, broth, sugar, sesame oil, and soy sauce. In a small bowl mix the cornstarch with a TBSP of cold water.
- Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the meat and broccoli, cook for 30 seconds, add the cornstarch and bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute or just until the sauce starts to thicken.
- Cool and then spread out on parchment lined trays.
- Freeze
- Freeze Dry

Rehydration:
Add either boiling water or beef broth a little bit at a time until and let sit a few minutes then check for tenderness and repeat until everything is rehydrated.
