This will make as many trays as you choose to make*
Directions:
- Set your Freeze Dryer to 150 ℉ and start machine. Let the machine do the 15 minute cool down, put in Candy Mode and Start, warm trays for 20+ minutes (This is so you can heat trays in oven first, and then move the trays into a warm machine)
- Depending on Freeze Dryer size, it will take anywhere from 10 minutes to 20 minutes for the freeze dryer to reach temp and start to count down.
- Preheat oven to 200 ℉
- Spread Starburst Mini, so they are not touching, across parchment lined trays
- Place in oven and preheat for 30 minutes
- Move immediately from the oven to the Freeze Dryer, close the drain valve, lock door down and arrow done time so the vacuum pump kicks on.
- Process for 4-6 hours
