Freeze Dried Marshmallows

 This recipe will make as many trays as you choose to fill*

 Directions:

1. Spread marshmallows out on trays
2. Load in Freeze Dryer
3. Freeze Dry
4. Store Appropriately (See Tips and Tricks for storage help)

Cycle Time:

My cycle time was 24 hours, in a 2017 machine. A full freeze drying cycle is probably not needed.

Rehydration:

Not intended, but can be soaked in water to soften them up.

* Large Tray = 8 Cups/tray   Medium = 6 Cups/Tray   Small = 4 Cups/Tray
