This will make as many trays as you have leftovers*
- Put slices of pumpkin pie leftovers on a lined tray
- Cover with a lid
- Freeze until solid
- Freeze dry
- Store Appropriately (See Tips and Tricks for storage help)
In a 2017 Freeze dryer my cycle time was about 34 hours
Add a little bit of hot water, cover and let sit, repeat until desired consistency is reached. (The crust will be soggy) Best eaten freeze dried.
* Large Tray = 8 Cups/tray Medium = 6 Cups/Tray Small = 4 Cups/Tray
