This recipe will fill 4 medium trays
Directions:
1. Wash your cherries well
2. Pit and cut each cherry in half
3. Spread evenly on a parchment lined tray. Each tray will have about 2 - 2 1⁄2 lbs after pits are removed
4. Freeze until solid
5. Freeze dry
Rehydration:
Not intended to be rehydrated. Enjoy as a healthy snack.
Notes:
Great for a road trip or soccer game snack. They also make a great crunchy ice cream topping!
