This recipe makes one serving.
Directions:
- In a blender, add the freeze-dried apples and quick oats, then blend until powdered.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Let it sit for a minute or two to allow hydration of the dry ingredients.
- If needed, gradually add more milk and blend again until you reach your desired thickness.
- Enjoy your fresh smoothie!
Rehydration:
The apples (and oatmeal) will take up the moisture faster when powdered before adding the liquid ingredients.
