Ever wonder who created The Freeze Drying Cookbook? Who is ACTUALLY behind it all? We wanted to take a moment to introduce our family. Not only are we The Freeze Drying Cookbook, but we are The Freeze Drying Community AND we are Freeze Drying Supplies. We started freeze drying in 2017. The recipes we share are REAL recipes we have actually freeze dried. The products we make are products WE developed and use ourselves EVERY day!
